In Saturday's non-league game, the host LaGrange Grangers baseball team scored a tight 3-2 victory over the Buford Wolves.
The Grangers (9-2) will now prepare for their game against Northside (Columbus, GA). The Patriots go into the non-league game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Northside tipped Shaw (Columbus, GA), 4-1, in a non-league game.
The Wolves (4-4) will now prepare for their game against Loganville (Loganville, GA). The Red Devils go into the non-league game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Loganville was edged by Cherokee Bluff (Flowery Branch, GA), 7-3, in a non-league game.
