The Riverside Academy Rebels baseball team (Reserve, LA), was overwhelmed 8-4 in Saturday's non-league outing with the visiting Cedar Creek Cougars (Ruston, LA)
The Cougars now hold a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Loyola College Prep for a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 5. Cedar Creek will confront a Flyers team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Parkway (Bossier City, LA). The Flyers record now stands at 1-7.
Next, the Rebels confront the St. Martin's Episcopal Saints (Metairie, LA) in a 1A District 10 outing, on Tuesday, March 5. Riverside Academy will attempt to advance on its 1-6 season record. The Saints go into the outing with a 3-2 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to Riverdale (Jefferson, LA).
