With the win, Center Hill moves its record to 2-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs host DeSoto Central (Southaven, MS) to play the Jaguars in a 7A Region 1 battle on Tuesday, March 5. The Jaguars enter the battle with a record of 2-3. DeSoto Central lost 11-1 in their recent non-league battle against Parkview (Lilburn, GA)

The Eagles now possess a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Tremont for a 1A Region 1 battle on Monday, March 4. Tupelo Christian Prep will play a Eagles squad coming off a 13-5 non-league loss to Shannon (Shannon, MS). The Eagles record now stands at 3-2.
