In Saturday's non-league match, the host Salem Greyhounds basketball team scored a tight 50-48 triumph over the Harding Academy Wildcats.
In their next game, the Greyhounds meet the Bergman Panthers (Bergman, AR) in a non-league match, on Thursday, March 7. Salem will attempt to move on its 28-6 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 39-2 record after their 65-59 non-league win over Mayflower (Mayflower, AR).
With the defeat, Harding Academy moves to 21-9 on the year.
