The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Redwood Giants (Larkspur, CA) and the visiting Carondelet Cougars (Concord, CA), saw Redwood's lacrosse team overcome Carondelet by a margin of 14-6.
The Giants (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against California (San Ramon, CA). The Grizzlies enter the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, California beat Northgate (Walnut Creek, CA), 16-6, in a non-league challenge.
