Alabama High School Soccer - Central knocks off Long

Central Red Devils (Phenix City, AL) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Long Rebels (Skipperville, AL), 8-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Red Devils confront the Northside Patriots (Columbus, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 7. Central will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record.

The Rebels now have a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Geneva for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 4. Long will confront a Panthers team coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to New Brockton (New Brockton, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 0-1.
