North Oldham Mustangs (Goshen, KY) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Covington Catholic Colonels (Park Hills, KY), 8-4 in a non-league test.

The Mustangs now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Male for a KSLL test on Tuesday, March 5.

In their next game, the Colonels face the Henry Clay Blue Devils (Lexington, KY) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 5. Covington Catholic will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Blue Devils come into the test with a 1-0 record after their 17-7 non-league win over Mountain State (Ona, WV).
