Orangeburg Prep Indians (Orangeburg, SC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Colleton Prep Academy War Hawks (Walterboro, SC), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Indians now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Clarendon Hall for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 12.
With the loss, Colleton Prep Academy falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The War hawks travel to Patrick Henry Academy (Estill, SC) to face the Patriots in a challenge on Friday, March 8. The Patriots enter the challenge with a record of 0-2.
