The El Dorado Aztecs softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Hereford Whitefaces to 2 in the Aztecs non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, El Dorado moves its record to 14-9 on the year. The Aztecs host Eastwood (El Paso, TX) to play the Troopers in a 6A Region I District 1 game on Tuesday, March 5. The Troopers come into the game with a record of 17-4. Eastwood lost 4-2 in their recent non-league game against Montwood (El Paso, TX)

In their next game, the Whitefaces play the Perryton Rangers (Perryton, TX) in a 4A Region I District 4 game, on Tuesday, March 5. Hereford will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record.
