The Lions now sport a 19-1 record. They play next when they host Hays for a 5A Region IV District 25 match on Tuesday, March 5. Leander will face a Hawks squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Hutto (Hutto, TX). The Hawks record now stands at 10-10.

With the loss, Rains moves to 13-4 on the season. The Wildcats host Edgewood (Edgewood, TX) to face the Bulldogs in a 3A Region II District 12 match on Tuesday, March 5. The Bulldogs go into the match with a record of 4-5. Edgewood won 10-6 in their recent non-league match against Nixon-Smiley (Nixon, TX)
