The crowd at Monday's non-league battle between the Highland Scots (Bakersfield, CA) and the visiting West Vikings (Bakersfield, CA), saw Highland's baseball team gain a win over West by a tally of 11-0.

The Scots (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Garces Memorial (Bakersfield, CA). The Rams come into the non-league contest with a 7-0 record. In their last contest, Garces Memorial ran past McFarland (McFarland, CA), 13-1, in a non-league contest.

The Vikings now possess a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wasco for a non-league contest on Tuesday, March 3. West will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 10-7 non-league win over Mira Monte (Bakersfield, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 2-0.
