The Albuquerque Academy Chargers baseball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes to 1 in the Chargers non-league victory on Monday.
The Chargers (7-3) will now prepare for their match against Valley (Albuquerque, NM). The Vikings go into the non-league match with a 7-6 record. In their last match, Valley was overwhelmed by St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM), 5-2, in a non-league match.
