In Monday's non-league game, the host Norcross Blue Devils baseball team scored a tight 7-5 victory over the Apalachee Wildcats.
The Blue Devils (11-3) will now prepare for their game against North Gwinnett (Suwanee, GA). The Bulldogs go into the 7A Area 7 game with a 13-3 record. In their last game, North Gwinnett tipped Discovery (Lawrenceville, GA), 14-0, in a league game.
The Wildcats (5-11) will now prepare for their game against Morgan County (Madison, GA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league game with a 7-7 record. In their last game, Morgan County tipped Salem (Conyers, GA), 15-0, in a league game.
