Spectators at Monday's non-league battle between the LaGrange Gators (Lake Charles, LA) and the host Starks Panthers (Starks, LA), saw LaGrange's baseball squad knock off Starks by a count of 17-13.
Coming up next, the Gators play the Mamou Demons (Mamou, LA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, March 27. LaGrange will attempt to move on its 2-12 season record.
The Panthers now possess a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Vinton for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 25.
