The Niles North Vikings volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Wheeling Wildcats to 0 in the Vikings non-league victory on Monday.
The Vikings now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northside for a non-league game on Tuesday, March 21.
The Wildcats (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Palatine (Palatine, IL). The Pirates enter the Mid Suburban game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Palatine gained a win over Mundelein (Mundelein, IL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
