Topsail Pirates (Hampstead, NC) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Richlands Wildcats (Richlands, NC), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Pirates face the Ashley Screaming Eagle (Wilmington, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 24. Topsail will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Screaming Eagle enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Hoggard (Wilmington, NC).

The Wildcats now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Swansboro for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 24. Richlands will face a Pirates team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Wilmington Christian Academy (Wilmington, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 1-1.
