The Oberlin Tigers baseball team (Oberlin, LA), was overwhelmed 11-0 in Wednesday's non-league outing with the visiting DeQuincy Tigers (DeQuincy, LA)
The Tigers now hold a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grand Lake for a 2A District 5 outing on Thursday, March 21. DeQuincy will confront a Hornets team coming off a 8-0 league loss to Notre Dame (Crowley, LA). The Hornets record now stands at 7-6.
Next, the Tigers confront the Elizabeth Bulldogs (Elizabeth, LA) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, March 21. Oberlin will attempt to advance on its 5-9 season record. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a 12-4 record after their 10-2 non-league win over Singer (Singer, LA).
