The Newark Charter School Patriots volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host ASPIRA Charter Wolves to 1 in the Patriots non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Patriots now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Conrad Science for a Diamond State game on Friday, March 22.
The Wolves (1-1) will now prepare for their game against St. Mark's (Wilmington, DE). The Spartans enter the Freelance game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, St. Mark's gained a win over McKean (Wilmington, DE), 3-0, in a non-league game.
