In their next game, the Cougars play the Watauga Pioneers (Boone, NC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, March 22. Alexander Central will attempt to move on its 6-1 season record. The Pioneers come into the contest with a 1-1 record after their 14-1 non-league loss to South Caldwell (Hudson, NC).
