In Wednesday's non-league test, the host Elizabethtown Panthers lacrosse squad scored a tight 6-4 victory over the Shelby County Rockets.
The Panthers now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Warren for a KLA South - 3 test on Saturday, March 23. Elizabethtown will face a Spartans squad coming off a 19-0 non-league win over Owensboro (Owensboro, KY). The Spartans record now stands at 5-1.
In their next game, the Rockets face the Atherton Ravens (Louisville, KY) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 26. Shelby County will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record.
