In Wednesday's non-league test, the visiting Gainesville Cardinals lacrosse squad scored a good 12-3 victory over the Hylton Bulldogs.
The Cardinals now have a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mount Vernon for a non-league game on Monday, April 1. Gainesville will encounter a Majors team coming off a 14-2 non-league loss to Wakefield (Arlington, VA). The Majors record now stands at 0-3.
The Bulldogs (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Osbourn Park (Manassas, VA). The Yellowjackets go into the non-league game with a 0-4 record. In their last game, Osbourn Park Culpeper County (Culpeper, VA), 0-0, in a non-league game.
