Nazareth Academy (Philadelphia, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Calvary Christian Academy Cougars (Philadelphia, PA), 11-0 in a non-league challenge.
The now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gwynedd Mercy Academy for a Catholic Academies challenge on Tuesday, April 2.
With the loss, Calvary Christian Academy falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Renaissance Academy (Phoenixville, PA) to face the Knights in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 4. The Knights enter the challenge with a record of 1-1.
