The Grove City Greyhounds softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Thomas Worthington CARDINALS to 1 in the Greyhounds non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Grove City moves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Greyhounds travel to West Springfield (Springfield, VA) to play the Spartans in a Patriot game on Monday, March 25. The Spartans come into the game with a record of 3-2. West Springfield lost 14-3 in their recent league game against South County (Lorton, VA)

In their next game, the CARDINALS play the Westerville North Warriors (Westerville, OH) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 21. Thomas Worthington will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
