North Carolina High School Baseball - East Rowan defeats North Davidson

In Thursday's non-league game, the host East Rowan Mustangs baseball team scored a close 10-5 win over the North Davidson Black Knights.
The Mustangs (9-2) will now prepare for their game against West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC). The Falcons go into the South Piedmont 3A game with a 9-2 record. In their last game, West Rowan nudged Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC), 14-2, in a league game.
Next, the Black Knights play the Montgomery Central Timberwolves (Troy, NC) in a Mid-Piedmont 3A game, on Friday, March 21. North Davidson will attempt to improve on its 1-9 season record. The Timberwolves go into the game with a 6-3 record after their 9-4 non-league loss to Richmond (Rockingham, NC).
