California High School Baseball - Pioneer loses to Homestead

March 20, 2025: Cupertino, CA 95014

The Pioneer Mustangs baseball squad (San Jose, CA), was overwhelmed 13-5 in Thursday's non-league contest with the host Homestead Mustangs (Cupertino, CA)

With the triumph, Homestead moves its record to 4-4 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Bellarmine College Prep (San Jose, CA) to confront the Bells in a non-league contest on Saturday, March 22. The Bells come into the contest with a record of 5-3. Bellarmine College Prep lost 4-1 in their recent league contest against Junipero Serra (San Mateo, CA)

The Mustangs now possess a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Los Altos for a non-league contest on Friday, March 21. Pioneer will confront a Eagles squad coming off a 8-3 non-league win over Carlmont (Belmont, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-1.
