In Thursday's non-league bout, the St. Frederick Warriors (Monroe, LA) baseball squad edged the visiting Oak Grove Tigers (Oak Grove, LA), by a tally of 11-10.
Next up, the Warriors encounter the Caldwell Parish Spartans (Columbia, LA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 22. St. Frederick will attempt to upgrade on its 7-13 season record. The Spartans enter the bout with a 9-7 record after their 11-1 non-league win over Marksville (Marksville, LA).
The Tigers (9-7) will now prepare for their bout against Jena (Jena, LA). The Giants enter the non-league bout with a 15-7 record. In their last bout, Jena edged Bunkie (Bunkie, LA), 15-5, in a non-league bout.
