The Lincoln Patriots (Sioux Falls, SD) basketball crushed the visiting Spearfish Spartans (Spearfish, SD), 55-33 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Patriots now possess a 21-1 record. They play next when they travel to Mitchell for a non-league bout on Friday, March 21. Lincoln will play a Kernels team coming off a 50-41 non-league win over Huron (Huron, SD). The Kernels record now stands at 19-3.

With the loss, Spearfish falls to 14-8 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Huron (Huron, SD) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Friday, March 21. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 16-5. Huron won 68-58 in their recent non-league bout against Sturgis Brown (Sturgis, SD)
