The Providence Panthers prevailed the visiting East Mecklenburg Eagles volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Thursday's league game.

The Eagles (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Sun Valley (Monroe, NC). The Spartans enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Sun Valley was dropped by Covenant Day (Matthews, NC), 2-0, in a non-league game.
