In Thursday's non-league game, the host Crystal Lake Central Tigers baseball team scored a nice 11-1 win over the Grant Community Bulldogs.
The Tigers (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Wauconda (Wauconda, IL). The Bulldogs go into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Wauconda knocked off Woodstock (Woodstock, IL), 21-7, in a non-league game.
Next, the Bulldogs play the Hampshire Whip-Purs (Hampshire, IL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 22. Grant Community will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
