Washington High School Softball - Lincoln succumbs to River Ridge

In Thursday's non-league test, the River Ridge Hawks (Lacey, WA) softball squad overwhelmed the host Lincoln Abes (Tacoma, WA), by a tally of 15-5.
Next, the Hawks clash with the Shelton Highclimbers (Shelton, WA) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 21. River Ridge will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Highclimbers go into the test with a 1-1 record after their 14-2 non-league loss to Olympic (Bremerton, WA).
The Abes (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Gig Harbor (Gig Harbor, WA). The Tides go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Gig Harbor prevailed over North Thurston (Lacey, WA), 13-3, in a non-league test.
