South Fayette Lions (McDonald, PA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team nudge the visiting Hampton Talbots (Allison Park, PA), 6-5 in a non-league battle.

With the victory, South Fayette advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Lions travel to Peters Township (McMurray, PA) to encounter the Indians in a WPIAL 2A 1 battle on Tuesday, March 25. The Indians come into the battle with a record of 1-2. Peters Township lost 12-9 in their recent non-league battle against Upper St. Clair (Upper St. Clair, PA)

The Talbots now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mars for a WPIAL 2A 2 battle on Friday, April 4.
