North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Mountain Island Charter drops to Patton

In Thursday's non-league test, the Patton Panthers (Morganton, NC) lacrosse team overwhelmed the visiting Mountain Island Charter Raptors (Mt. Holly, NC), by a count of 9-1.

Next up, the Panthers battle the North Lincoln Knights (Lincolnton, NC) in a NW/The Mountain/Western Foothills/Mtn. Foothills test, on Tuesday, March 25. Patton will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record. The Knights enter the test with a 5-3 record after their 13-7 league win over St. Stephens (Hickory, NC).

The Raptors (0-7) will now prepare for their test against Christ the King (Huntersville, NC). The Crusaders enter the Catawba Shores/Metro 8/South Piedmont test with a 3-5 record.
