North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Union Pines drops to Sanderson

The Sanderson Spartans triumphed over the visiting Union Pines Vikings lacrosse team by a tally of 19-11 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Spartans play the Heritage Huskies (Wake Forest, NC) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 25. Sanderson will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record.

The Vikings (5-3) will now prepare for their game against Cape Fear (Fayetteville, NC). The Colts come into the United 8/All American/Sandhills game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, Cape Fear was overwhelmed by Cleveland (Clayton, NC), 6-5, in a non-league game.
