The Johnson Atomsmashers soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Groves Rebels to 1 in the Atomsmashers league victory on Thursday.
The Atomsmashers now possess a 12-5 record. They play next when they host Southeast Bulloch for a bout on Tuesday, March 25. Johnson will play a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Calvary Day (Savannah, GA). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 4-7.
With the loss, Groves moves to 4-5 on the year. The Rebels travel to Beach (Savannah, GA) to play the Bulldogs in a bout on Tuesday, March 25. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 1-9. Beach lost 7-0 in their recent league bout against Long County (Ludowici, GA)
