The Model Blue Devils (Rome, GA) soccer nipped the visiting Trion Bulldogs (Trion, GA), 1-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Blue Devils now hold a 7-3 record. They play next when they host Darlington for a 1A D-I Area 6 challenge on Monday, March 24. Model will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 10-1 league win over Haralson County (Tallapoosa, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 3-2.
