St. Mary's Ryken Knights (Leonardtown, MD) supporters left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Archbishop Spalding Cavaliers (Severn, MD), 2-0 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, St. Mary's Ryken improves its record to 4-0 on the year. The Knights travel to La Plata (La Plata, MD) to play the Warriors in a non-league game on Monday, March 24. The Warriors enter the game with a record of 2-1. La Plata won 21-5 in their recent league game against Patuxent (Lusby, MD)
The Cavaliers now hold a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Catholic for a IAAM game on Thursday, March 27.
