The Caddo Hills Indians got by the visiting Western Yell County Wolverines softball squad by a count of 9-8 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Indians meet the Kirby Trojans (Kirby, AR) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, March 31. Caddo Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
The Wolverines (2-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Scranton (Scranton, AR). The Rockets go into the 1A Region 4 challenge with a 5-0 record. In their last challenge, Scranton held off Dover (Dover, AR), 16-3, in a non-league challenge.
