The Raton Tigers the visiting Jal Panthers softball squad by a count of 8-5 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Dexter Demons (Dexter, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 21. Raton will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Demons enter the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 16-0 non-league win over Hatch Valley (Hatch, NM).
