Utah High School Softball - Mountain View beaten by Spanish Fork

March 20, 2026: Orem, UT 84058

The Spanish Fork Dons softball team scored 17 runs and held the host Mountain View Bruins to 0 in the Dons non-league win on Friday.

The Dons now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pleasant Grove for a 5A Region 7 battle on Tuesday, March 24. Spanish Fork will encounter a Vikings team coming off a 21-16 league loss to Payson (Payson, UT). The Vikings record now stands at 2-7.

With the loss, Mountain View moves to 6-5 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to South Summit (Kamas, UT) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league test on Monday, March 23. The Wildcats come into the outing with a record of 4-10. South Summit won 23-8 in their recent non-league outing against Ogden (Ogden, UT)
