In Friday's non-league match, the visiting West Side Eagles softball team scored a tight 7-3 win over the Rose Bud Ramblers.

The Eagles (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Mt. Vernon-Enola (Mt. Vernon, AR). The Warhawks come into the non-league match with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Mt. Vernon-Enola was routed by Bradley (Bradley, AR), 10-6, in a non-league game.

The Ramblers now hold a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Des Arc for a non-league game on Tuesday, March 31.
