In Monday's non-league game, the host Central Wildcats baseball team scored a tight 10-6 victory over the Colbert Heights Wildcats.
The Wildcats (7-3) will now prepare for their game against Rogers (Florence, AL). The Pirates go into the 4A Area 16 game with a 3-10 record. In their last game, Rogers was overwhelmed by Lindsay Lane Christian Academy (Athens, AL), 9-4, in a non-league game.
The Wildcats (10-6) will now prepare for their game against Colbert County (Leighton, AL). The Indians go into the non-league game with a 6-7 record. In their last game, Colbert County tipped Colbert Heights (Tuscumbia, AL), 6-5, in a non-league game.
