In Monday's non-league test, the host Durham Academy Cavaliers lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-7 victory over the Chapel Hill Tigers.
The Cavaliers now have a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Greensboro Day School for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 22. Durham Academy will face a Bengals squad coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Ravenscroft (Raleigh, NC). The Bengals record now stands at 2-3.
In their next game, the Tigers face the Jordan Falcons (Durham, NC) in a DAC-VII/Northern Lakes Athletic test, on Tuesday, March 22. Chapel Hill will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Falcons come into the contest with a 3-3 record after their 18-4 league win over Riverside-Durham (Durham, NC).
