The crowd at Monday's non-league test between the L.C. Bird Skyhawks (Chesterfield, VA) and the visiting Meadowbrook Monarchs (Richmond, VA), saw L.C. Bird's soccer squad get by Meadowbrook by a margin of 2-1.
The Skyhawks now sport a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Clover Hill for a Dominion test on Tuesday, March 22. L.C. Bird will meet a Cavaliers squad coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Deep Run (Glen Allen, VA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Meadowbrook drops to 0-1 on the season. The Monarchs travel to Prince George (Prince George, VA) to meet the Royals in a Central test on Thursday, March 24. The Royals come into the test with a record of 0-3. Prince George lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Godwin (Richmond, VA)
