Tipton-Rosemark Academy Rebels (Millington, TN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Fayette Academy Vikings (Somerville, TN), 17-7 in a non-league challenge.
The Rebels now own a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to McNairy Central for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 25. Tipton-Rosemark Academy will battle a Bobcats squad coming off a 13-0 non-league win over Bolivar Central (Bolivar, TN). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Fayette Academy falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Middleton (Middleton, TN) to battle the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 22. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 0-1.
