North Carolina High School Softball - Marvin Ridge thwarted by Hickory Ridge

March 21, 2022: Harrisburg, NC 28075

The Marvin Ridge Mavericks softball team (Waxhaw, NC), was routed 10-1 in Monday's non-league test with the host Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC)

Coming up next, the Ragin' Bulls encounter the Cox Mill Chargers (Concord, NC) in a Greater Metro 4A test, on Friday, March 25. Hickory Ridge will attempt to improve on its 7-2 season record. The Chargers come into the test with a 3-7 record after their 12-10 non-league loss to Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC).

The Mavericks (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Cuthbertson (Waxhaw, NC). The Cavaliers come into the Southern Carolina 4A test with a 2-6 record. In their last test, Cuthbertson was routed by Central Academy (Monroe, NC), 8-7, in a non-league test.
