The Buena Vista Demons baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Gunnison Cowboys to 2 in the Demons non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Demons (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Limon (Limon, CO). The Badgers go into the non-league match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Limon ran past Wiggins (Wiggins, CO), 7-6, in a non-league match.
The Cowboys (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Salida (Salida, CO). The Spartans go into the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Salida was overwhelmed by Cedaredge (Cedaredge, CO), 9-5, in a non-league match.
