The Corvallis Spartans baseball team scored 4 runs and limited the host Putnam Kingsmen to 3 in the Spartans non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Spartans (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Westview (Portland, OR). The Wildcats go into the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Westview tipped Central Catholic (Portland, OR), 5-2, in a non-league match.
The Kingsmen (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Monarch (Louisville, CO). The Coyotes go into the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Monarch tipped Denver South (Denver, CO), 6-4, in a non-league match.
