The Lovington Wildcats baseball team scored 14 runs and limited the visiting Dexter Demons to 1 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Wildcats (6-7) will now prepare for their match against Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM). The Warriors go into the non-league match with a 1-4 record. In their last match, Ruidoso was overwhelmed by Tularosa (Tularosa, NM), 8-7, in a non-league match.
The Demons (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Hatch Valley (Hatch, NM). The Bears go into the non-league match with a 4-6 record. In their last match, Hatch Valley gained a win over Lordsburg (Lordsburg, NM), 15-5, in a non-league match.
