In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the West Valley Eagles (Spokane, WA) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting Lakeside Eagles (Nine Mile Falls, WA), by a margin of 13-3.
With the win, West Valley betters its record to 1-1 on the season. The Eagles host Sandpoint (Sandpoint, ID) to encounter the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 23. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Sandpoint won 10-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Bonners Ferry (Bonners Ferry, ID)
With the defeat, Lakeside falls to 2-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to Freeman (Rockford, WA) to battle the Scotties in a 1A Northeast test on Saturday, March 25. The Scotties come into the test with a record of 0-0.
