The Cambridge Academy Cougars held off the visiting Clinton Red Devils soccer squad by a margin of 1-0 in Tuesday's non-league match.
The Cougars now sport a 5-2 record. They play next when they host First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest for a match on Tuesday, March 28.
With the loss, Clinton drops to 5-6 on the season. The Red devils travel to Woodruff (Woodruff, SC) to encounter the Wolverines in a AAA Region 4 match on Friday, March 24.
